These items will be sent by UK Recorded Delivery and will not be eligable for Sepcial Delivery.
UK Recorded Delivery (Signed For):
This shipping option has added security of your order compared to standard first class delivery, royal mail will knock on your door and ask for a signature to say it has been recieved. In the event your order is lost in the post BuzzShop has a serial number for it, so that we can trace it through royal mail and either get it back or get you a refund for a maximum of £28.00, if your order is more expensive then this please choose Special Delivery as this has higher compensation for lost items. .
UK Special Delivery (Signed For):
This option has the same security as Recorded Delivery but also has the added bonus of higher compensation for more expensive goods (upto £500), We recommend this delivery option if you order between £30 & £500. Special Delivery has the same delivery timescales as Recorded Delivery,
Worldwide Delivery:
Speaks for itself and is only for our overseas customers. We can re-assure our overseas customers that this option has a signed for option as standard. So maximum postal security.
Shipping Costs
All shipping costs are determined by the weight of the product(s) ordered and
where in the world we are shipping to, unless otherwise stated. The shipping
costs are always displayed to you when you proceed to the checkout and before
you enter your payment details. Please make a careful note of this as mistakes
cannot be rectified afterwards.
Ordering & Dispatch
Unless otherwise stated in the item description, all items will be despatched
within 5 working days of receiving your order under normal circumstances. If we
anticipate any delay in this time period we will endeavour to keep your informed
by email. If your order is ready for dispatch earlier, we will always send
it as soon as we are able to. All products are fully checked & tested before
dispatch, but in the unlikely event of faulty or damaged goods please refer to
our returns policy below.
Delivery
We can deliver goods to most countries throughout the world. As a general guide,
approximate delivery timescales after dispatching your products are:
UK 1-4 working days
Europe 3-5 working days
USA and Canada 5-6 working days
Rest of the world 6-8 working days
Returns
Faulty or Damaged goods should be returned to us within 10 days of delivery. We
will not accept any returned faulty or damaged goods after 10 days. Post them

We will fully inspect the goods before making any refund
decisions, after which you can expect your refund within approximately 5 working
days after we receive your faulty or damaged goods. Please note you shall not be
entitled to a refund of the shipping costs incurred in returning the goods to us
and may also have shipping charges deducted from any refund owing unless the
product is found to be faulty or damaged.
Before returning your faulty or damaged goods to us please
ensure that you sufficiently package the product(s) using similar packing to
what the product was shipped to you in. You are also advised to return goods by
recorded delivery, registered post, or by courier. Proof of postage will not be
accepted as proof of delivery. Please remember to give us your name and address,
and a copy of your purchase receipt. We will not accept liability for goods lost
or damaged during transit returned by you, therefore we advise insuring all
products returned to us. (For further information please ask your local post
office branch).
In the event of an unwanted product you may return it to
us within 7 working days for a replacement or a refund, anything sent after 7
days will not be accepted. |
